Artist Magnet Radio Play Contest unveiled

Dear Magnets:
We are very pleased to announce our ARTIST MAGNET RADIO PLAY CONTEST – providing Artist Magnets the chance to collaborate and be featured on our Artist Magnet Radio Show...
We are calling on all playwrights and other Magnets to submit original 3-5min scenes to our Radio Play Coordinator, Emmitt Thrower, onsite* - categories: Comedy, Drama, Musical

(Step 1): Submissions open Monday, March 23 and close Monday, March 30 @ 12AM EST
(Step 2): Artist Magnet Voters, led by the Dramaturgs, will select scenes from each category into the Semi-finals online
(Step 3): Semi-finalists will choose their Artist Magnet actors, directors, musicians and designers to prepare and record their scenes, then forward them to Emmitt Thrower to be played on the Artist Magnet Radio show
(Step 4): Artist Magnet voters will listen to the Semi-finalists’ scenes and select their top choice online
3rd Place: a 5-min recorded shout-out on Artist Magnet Radio
2nd Place: a 10-min recorded shout-out on Artist Magnet Radio
1st Place: a 1hr LIVE radio performance of the submitter's play, plus LIVE interviews with the submitter and the entire 1st place team
**All submitters and team members must be members of Artist Magnet on Ning***Forward any questions to Emmitt Thrower onsite
